My brother Berkley and I were tired of waiting for winter to end, so we went somewhere hot and beautiful while it finished. Santa Teresa, Costa Rica was the place we chose. Not only for the never ending hot weather, but the consistent waves, young people and party atmosphere was also calling our names. Turned out to be one of the best decisions we've ever made.

My girlfriend Andrea and I backpacked our way from Costa Rica thru Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala and into Mexico up the west coast, hitting as many beaches as we could. We didn't stay in one place longer than 7 days and adventured over 4000kms for 2 months. Pretty amazing experience.
